V pondělí jsme se jeli podívat do jídelny pro děti. Je to nové misijní místo, které funguje zatím jen měsíc, ale za tu dobu podle mě už udělalo mnoho super věcí. Je to na takovém jednom kopci Limy. Kopce bývaj většinou místa takových těch slumů, kde bydlejí nejchudší lidé. Jeli jsme tam hubenýma uličkama nahoru a dolu, dokud jsme tam nedorazili.
V této jídelně krmí děti třikrát týdne - v pondělí, středu a pátek. Není to ale jen tak. Aby se jim tam nehrnuly zástupy lidí jen tak pro jídlo zdarma, má to určitou formu. Děti se musí zapsat, dostanou svoji složku, kterou pak vždy musí přinést, a před jídlem ještě udělají nějaké cvičení a dostanou otázky. To vždy s nimi celkem individuálně probírá jeden z lidí, co tam pomáhají. Jakmile má dítě své povinnosti splněno, dostane jídlo, a po jídle buď odejde, nebo si tam ještě chvíli hraje.
On Monday, we went to a place where they feed children. It's a new missionary place that has been working only for a month so far but in that time they have done many great things. It's on one of the hills in Lima. The hills in Lima are usually places of slums, where the poorest people live. We went there through very narrow streets up and down and up until we arrived there.
In this place they feed children three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But it's not so simple. So that they would fulfill their main aim and so that they wouldn't have masses of poeople coming there all the time just to eat, it has some rules. Each new kid has to tell their names when they come for their first time and they note their name. Then they get their folder that they have to bring every day. Before they get the meal they have to do some excercises, they usually paint something, than they get a lesson and some question from the people that help there. It's very individual and nice. When they finish all the tasks they get their food and after that they can go home or stay and play for a while :)
Děti tam přichází ze všelijakých zázemí, a často z velmi smutných životních podmínek. Byli tam tři sourozenci, jejichž matka je často zavírá doma, tak nemůžou přijít. Je prý stále opilá. Ani vlastně nemají prostředky, aby svého syna poslali do školy. On měl na krku náplast, bylo mi řečeno, že měl jakýsi nádor, tak tam má díru. Později ho ale poprosili, aby si tu náplast na chvilku sundal, a vyšlo najevo, že tato teorie, kterou říká jeho matka, pravděpodobně není pravdivá. Vypadalo to spíš, jako by ho někdo řízl. Jedna z jeho sester, taková moc roztomilá holička s krásnýma očima se jmenovala Miluska (jako naše Miluška). Zajímalo by mě, jestli to má nějakou českou minulost, protože peruánci často dávají jména, která někde zaslechnou a líbí se jim :)
Strávili jsme to tam skvěle, děti byly fajn, a na konci jsme se dlouho fotili, a ještě venku se tam pak jedna holčička se mnou loučila, ale ne tak, že by mně dala jen pusu na tvář, jak se to tu dělá, ale chytla mě okolo krku, a chtěla, abych ji pochovala, a pak mě vůbec nechtěla pustit :D bylo to roztomilý.
The children come from all sorts of backgrounds. We met three siblings whose mother often closes them at home and doesn't let them come. They say that she is very drunk all the time. And they don't even have resources to send their son to school. He had a plaster on his neck covering some wound. The mother claims that he had a tumour but when he showed it to us it looked more like a cut. One of his sisters, a beautiful little girl has a name Miluska that sounds like a Czech name Miluška. There might be some connection :)
We had a great time there, the kids were great and in the end we were taking pictures for so long that one girl when she was saying goodbye to me instead of just kissing me on the cheek, she grabbed me around the neck, wanted me to hold her and seemed not to let go :) it was so cute :)
Tato jídelna zatím není nijak zvlášť sponzorovaná. Podílejí se na tom lidé, kteří tam pracují, a ti, které tito osloví. Jídlo získávají různými způsoby.

Dál jsme jeli na návštěvu k Aně, která právě tu iniciativu jídelny začala, a měli jsme tam výborný oběd. Potom jsme ještě chvíli povídali, a šli navštívit další sympatické lidi. A večer jsme se zase unavení vraceli zpět domů :)
Later, we went to Ana's house who started the initiative of the feeding place. She served us a wonderful lunch and we had a great time there chatting and then visiting some other people. In the evening we were coming back home tired again but happy :)
